Elements Smokehouse and Bar Reservation Terms

  1. We do not allocate or designate specific tables prior to arrival. Tables are allocated on the day based on availability and weather conditions.
  2. No refunds will be processed for cancellations of group bookings of 6 guests and above within 48 hours of the reservation date.
  3. For bookings of 10 guests and above, one of our Group Dining Set Menu options is required.
  4. Alternative dining arrangements for large groups may be considered upon request and at management discretion, and may incur additional charges.
  5. For any Set Menus or pre-orders, a minimum deposit of $300 is required for bookings of 6 to 7 guests, and a minimum deposit of $500 is required for bookings of 8 guests and above.
  6. Upon arrival, there may occasionally be a slight delay in preparing your table. This is generally due to our commitment to providing all guests with a relaxed dining experience. However, we will do everything possible to have your table ready as soon as possible.
  7. Bookings are allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours for groups of up to 7 guests, and 2 hours for groups of 8 guests and above. These time allocations are strictly maintained on Fridays and Saturdays and remain subject to availability on other days.
  8. A 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
  9. Deals, specials, and promotional offers are limited to bookings of up to 6 guests and are not available on public holidays or special event days.

Credit Card Authorisations

  1. Bookings of 1–5 guests will not be required to provide a credit card authorisation and will not be subject to a cancellation policy except on special days and public holidays (see point 6).
  2. Bookings of 6–9 guests will be contacted for credit card authorisation to confirm their booking, and will be charged $50 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
  3. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who choose to dine à la carte (subject to approval, see terms and conditions), will be contacted to confirm their booking and will be charged $80 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
  4. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who organise a set menu, will be contacted for a credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged the value of their set menu per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
  5. Cancellation charges for reservations are in place due to the extra labour allocated for operations and food prep.
  6. Special days and public holidays and large party sizes (every booking will require credit card authorisation). The card will only be charged $50 per person in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation time.
